INTEGRATED MEDIA TECHNOLOGY LIMITED Launches Internet of Things (IoT) Business Unit Through Acquisition


SYDNEY, HONG KONG and NEW YORK, February 1, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Integrated Media Technology Limited (NASDAQ: IMTE) (“IMTE” or the Company), today announced the launch of its new Internet of Things (IoT) business unit through the closing of a conditional agreement to acquire 70% stake in Shenzhen Koala Wisdom Fire Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Shenzhen Koala”), a company specializing in the marketing and sale of IoT solutions.

Shenzhen Koala is currently selling a tracking solution to monitor and identify the location of fallen objects from high-rise buildings. This technology will detect the exact location from which the objects fell and thus identify the responsible residential / industrial unit. Thanks to this IoT solution, it would deter residents from throwing objects from high-rise buildings.
